Report suspected adverse effects
from medication, cosmetics and medical devices
Giuliani S.p.A. has a supervisory system that enables us to take full responsibility for our medicinal products, medical devices and cosmetics and to take appropriate action if the need arises in order to evaluate and update all information regarding the benefit-risk balance of our products.
How to report an adverse reaction
A spontaneous report for a suspected adverse reaction can be made in one of the following ways:
- for medication, to your doctor or pharmacist or, alternatively, directly online at the following link: www.agenziafarmaco.gov.it/content/segnalazioni-reazioni-avverse
- for a medical device, directly online on the Ministry of Health website – at this link – following the guided procedure
- for a cosmetic product, directly online on the Ministry of Health website – at this link – following the guided procedure
The suspected adverse effect can be reported to the Giuliani S.p.A. Safety Manager by filling in the appropriate form, on which it will be necessary to provide the following information:
- Subject/patient who experienced the adverse effect: initials of name and surname, gender, age, city of residence;
- Giuliani Pharmaceutical Product: name of the medication/cosmetic/medical device causing the suspected adverse reaction;
- Adverse effect: description of the effect;
- Reporter: full name and e-mail address of the person making the report.
